DOMINIA research complies with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

You can find detailed information about your specific rights as a ‘data subject’ and the legal basis for the processing of your personal data in the Chapter III (Articles 14-25) of Regulation (EU) 2018/1725.

In case of specific questions about DOMINIA research programme including the processing of your personal data, please contact Dr. Xenia Katsigianni by e-mail at

As the main host institution of the DOMINIA research programme, KU Leuven remains the controller for data gathered during the study. For possible complaints regarding the processing of your personal data you can visit the KU Leuven Privacy team: https://forms.kuleuven.be/a0113/ 

 

If the above options do not satisfy you, you finally have the right to file a complaint about the way in which your personal information is treated. In this case, you can go to the Belgian Data Protection Authority responsible for the enforcement of data protection legislation:
